Jesus Was Not Socialist And He Wants Us To Follow The American Dream

Jesus was not some hippy do-gooder who believed that everyone should be wealthy. He deplored earthly riches, especially when they fall into the hands of Atheists who use them solely for destructive means.

Rather, Jesus was all for The Elect supporting themselves and living a comfortable lifestyle, even though it means many will have to live below the poverty line. This is exactly how America works and why it’s God’s cuntry. Of course, we’ll continue to pray for those who are hungry in America, but by no means will we share our wealth for that would mean violating God’s law.

Giving our money away to the poor would be like selling on a gift we’ve received from a beloved relative. God gave us our money, therefore to pass it on as if it were worthless would be like spitting in Jesus’s face as he lay on the Cross. We are grateful for what God has given us and we must strike to use His money to further the Word.

Jesus loves America and wants us to continue on following the American Dream as it will continue to lead us closer to Him and that can only be a good thing.

Where, exactly, are you pulling this crap from? Have you even read the Bible? Do you know of all the things it says that Jesus did for the poor, the homeless, the destitute, the hungry? This is so anti-Christian that I can’t believe you wrote it. Maybe someone hacked your website…

Seriously, explain exactly where in your bible it says giving money to the poor is wrong. You have collection plates in your church, do you not? Do you even go to church?

I am atheist, friend, and I can see now that I’ve made the right decision. Take your selfish, misguided teachings and shove them up your ass. I can’t believe you’d say that feeding the poor is wrong.

::When it was late in the day, his disciples came to him, and said, “This place is deserted, and it is late in the day. Send them away, that they may go into the surrounding country and villages, and buy themselves bread, for they have nothing to eat.”
But Jesus answered them, “You give them something to eat.”::

Sound familiar? It’s in YOUR BIBLE.

I’m a christian, and although I don’t believe in socialism, this article has appalled me. You are no christian. Socialism is wrong because it is ENFORCED sharing, whereas the christian ideal is that one day everyone will voluntarily share out of their own FREE WILL. Christ most certainly did not want his followers to be rich. He actually explicitly said that it was easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. He also said, sell all your possessions and follow me. I think atheists who see themselves on a private war to ‘end religion’, are ignorant arrogant thugs who need to be opposed, but this website is ot the way to do it, and in fact just makes religious people look bad. SO if you care about christians could you please take this website down.

    Richard,

I don’t believe for a minute that you are a child of God.

You need to study your Bible more. Then you’ll see that I am right.

Well Mandat, I think you actually need help from me. As Dostoyevsky said: ‘Even those who have renounced Christianity and attack it, in their inmost being still follow the Christian ideal, for hitherto neither their subtlety nor the ardour of their hearts has been able to create a higher ideal of man and of virtue than the ideal given by Christ.’
So if you can find me a secular atheist humanist thinker, who can give me a higher ideal of man and of virtue than christ, or if you can find me such a person who has done what shakespeare could never do – encapsulate the human condition in better, more succinct words than ‘am i my brothers keeper’ or ‘the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak’, then I think I’ll go with the entirely logical proposition that whoever wrote the bible clearly had a better grasp on the great mysteries of life and existence than any of the said secular atheist humanist thinkers.
