What Will Atheists Say To God On Judgement Day?
Comments(5) Atheists don’t want to believe that they’ll be judged on Judgement Day by our Lord as the prospect is frightening to them.
However their disbelief will not stop the inevitable from happening.
Most think that it’ll be possible to win God’s favor by acting like a smart ass. I know for a fact Dawkins will say something along the lines of ‘Not enough evidence God, not enough evidence’ when he’s quizzed by God about his disbelief. Other more ‘rebellious’ Atheists are preparing themselves to call God an ‘f***** idiot’ or something else equally blasephemous.
The truth is that these lost souls will stand before God with their heads bowed like ashamed little puppies as he rifles through their sinful past. They will wince at every single sin they committed from Birth until Death. By the end they’ll be ready to give themselves over to our Savior but by then it’ll be too late.
Their fate will have been sealed a long time ago.

in the hypothetical universe where god exists i will stand before him after my death, head held high and say,
“i used what you gave me to the best of my abilities, i apologize for not personally believing in you or believing that book some odd people wrote about you. if you have a moment then i have some suggestions about how things could be run better”
if your yahweh is any sort of sane, rational being then how could he not find this appropriate.
if he does not and he does indeed believe that anyone without mindless devotion to him should be tortured for eternity then surely we should rise up to overthrow him
this whole argument is of course still hypothetical as yahweh and all the others do not exist

Funny how you have to reassure yourself in the fact that you are the right one.
The thing is if somehow god exists and really expects me to blindly believe in him based on a poorly described revelation that took place in the most illiterate part of the middle east and will punish me for using my mind which he gave me in the first place then I really don’t think that it is the kind of god that I would ‘give myself to’ in any way possible. It would be a god that is worth my contempt and I would rather spend my eternity in hell then to give in to someone like that.
